From Idea to Launch in 48 Hours

January 10, 2026 · 4 min read · CODS.LTD Engineering Team

When a fintech startup approached us on a Monday morning with an urgent request — a complete landing page with payment integration, CRM, and analytics needed by Wednesday — most agencies would have said "impossible." We said "let's go." Here is how our Human+AI pipeline made it happen.

Hour 0-4: Discovery & Design

The client sent us a rough sketch on WhatsApp and a two-paragraph description of their product. Within one hour, our AI design agent had generated three complete wireframe variations. The client picked their favorite and requested minor adjustments.

By hour four, our senior designer had refined the wireframes into pixel-perfect mockups with a complete design system — colors, typography, spacing, components, and responsive breakpoints for five screen sizes.

Hour 4-24: Development Sprint

This is where our Human+AI pipeline truly shines. While the designer was finishing the mobile layouts, our development team had already started coding:

  • AI agents scaffolded the project structure, configured build tools, and generated component boilerplate
  • A senior frontend engineer built the responsive layout and interactions
  • An AI agent integrated Stripe payment processing and wrote comprehensive test suites
  • Another AI agent implemented SEO optimization, structured data, and performance tuning

By hour 24, the core application was functional — deployed on staging with SSL, CDN, and monitoring configured.

Hour 24-40: Polish & Integration

The second day focused on refinement and integration. We connected the CRM (HubSpot), set up analytics (Google Analytics 4 + Mixpanel), configured email automation for lead nurturing, and performed cross-browser testing across 12 browser/device combinations.

Our QA process is unusually thorough for a 48-hour project. AI testing agents ran 200+ automated test cases while human testers verified the user experience on physical devices.

Hour 40-48: Launch

DNS propagation, final performance audit (Lighthouse score: 98), client walkthrough, and training on the CMS. By Wednesday afternoon, the site was live, processing payments, and capturing leads.

  • $14,000 in revenue within the first week
  • 2,400 unique visitors from launch-day PR
  • Lighthouse performance score: 98/100
  • Zero downtime since launch

Total cost to the client: $2,800. Try getting that from a traditional agency — if they even agree to the timeline.
